So it may take a couple of days for someone to get back to you, but please be assured that we are definitely going to read your email and address your concern as quickly as we can.

Frequently Asked Questions regarding the Repair Café:

Q: When and where is the next Repair Café?

A: Please check the events page. If it has been scheduled, it will be listed. If you don't see a listing, that means we don't know the date or location yet.

Q: Can you fix a certain item?

A: Please see the Repair Café page for categories we most likely can handle. If it's not on there, we won't know until we can have one of our fixers look at it in person. If you're asking whether a particular category of fixer will be at the next event, we will not know until sign-ups have been completed, about a week or two prior to the event date.

Q: Do we take donations of things that need to be fixed?

A: We have no permanent physical location, nor employees, so we are unable to take anything. Please bring only what you need fixed and plan to take home with you.
